Charlotte is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield. She has significant experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, and enjoys working on complex cases. She has a particular interest in shareholder and partnership disputes, and matters involving contractual issues. She is familiar with all forms of alternative dispute resolution, and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to achieve a commercial and proportionate outcome.
Holly is a Solicitor specialising in Employment Law within Irwin Mitchell.
Holly predominantly undertakes respondent/employer work, advising employers of all sizes on both contentious and non-contentious issues. She provides HR and employment law advice to clients on all areas of employment law including disciplinary and grievance issues, absence and performance management, discrimination and redundancy and restructuring etc as well as Employment Tribunal litigation.
Holly also holds a degree in HR & Business Management and, prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, worked in various businesses in HR roles. She therefore has a strong commercial understanding and practical experience which enables her to provide employers with pragmatic, commercial solutions to their employee issues.
Holly is a regular speaker and co-leads our Sheffield HR Club, where HR issues are discussed amongst fellow HR professionals in an interactive forum.

Ashleigh is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Restructuring and Insolvency team at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield. Ashleigh specialises in personal insolvency and has significant experience of running Court claims / applications and delivering advice in a wide range of bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Irwin Mitchell, Ashleigh practised in Civil Litigation as a County Court Advocate, representing clients in the courtroom, for a number of years.
Ashleigh represents both creditors and debtors and is dedicated to finding effective, practical solutions for all of her clients. Ashleigh has a flair for investigation and detail, and enjoys maintaining an in depth technical understanding of insolvency legislation and case law.
Ashleigh regularly delivers training and presentations, both externally to clients and internally to her colleagues, within the wider business. Ashleigh is currently working with Barnsley College, to deliver ‘mock trials’ for students to participate in and encourage interest in the law.

Anastasija is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield. She deals with a wide range of real estate transactions including landlord and tenant work, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, and the property aspects of insolvency transactions. Anastasija’s recent work includes assisting with the acquisition of a shopping centre subject to 40+ retail leases, assisting and advising on the acquisition of a hotel in Sheffield, and dealing with the property aspects of the sale of PK Education Ltd to Einstein Recruitment Ltd.

Josh is a Solicitor in the Corporate/Commercial team at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield. He advises clients on a board range of corporate transactions across a range of sectors. He has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and share buybacks, as well as reorganisations and demergers.
Josh also advises businesses on a range of general corporate and commercial advisory matters, including drafting terms and conditions, buyback arrangements and implementing employee share schemes.
