We are excited to be relaunching the drop-in IP Clinic at The Business Village!
Until the pandemic, Jane Lambert used to hold pro bono consultations on IP and tech law for tenants and other entrepreneurs, creatives and inventors at The Business Village on the second Tuesday of every month. She continued to offer those consultations over Zoom during lockdown and afterwards, but they were never as popular as the drop-in clinic. We are therefore restoring the one-to-one clinics at the Business Village from 16:00-18:00 on Tuesday 12th March and onwards.
Jane is a barrister with many years experience of advising patent and trade mark attorneys and solicitors on difficult points of law, drafting complex legal instruments for use in business, litigation or other types of dispute resolution, representing parties to disputes in court, IPO tribunal, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and party to party negotiations. She can provide guidance on most issues, but if a matter requires the skills of another professional such as patent or trade mark attorney or a product design consultant, Jane will introduce the client to such other advisor.
On the second Tuesday of every month, Jane will hold up to 4 free consultations of 30 minutes. She will also continue to advise online or over the phone if you are not available for the in-person clinic. To arrange an appointment either online or over the phone, or to confirm your attendance at our in person clinics at the Business Village, here is the Initial Advice and Signposting form that you can fill out. You can also call 01226 249590 to enquire.
You are always free to email hello@barnsleybic.co.uk if you have any questions about any of our events or sessions. See you soon!
