24/7 Secure Access

All tenant businesses have 24/7 access to their own units and shared communal spaces. With all our buildings covered by CCTV, and an efficient and effective out of hours service, you can rest assured that you and your business are in safe hands.

Ultrafast broadband

Our our offices can deliver ultrafast broadband, the speediest internet available for businesses that are looking for an all-singing, all-dancing broadband solution.

Free on site parking with ANPR

With almost 300 FREE car parking spots on site you’ll never be more than two minutes’ walk from your car. Our ANPR parking system allows visitors and guests to park easily and freely.

Furnished or Unfurnished? Your choice.

All our spaces can be left unfurnished or we can help you to design and furnish it perfectly.

Our onsite caterers offer a range of refreshments & buffets. Alternatively, tenants, visitors and meeting room delegates can make use of our comfortable breakout lounge area in The Bistro.
